		<description>thanks for this post - i definitely agree with you.  the BEST thing we can do is just have an awareness and education of what we are eating.  that doesn&#039;t mean we aren&#039;t allowed to eat some of the &quot;bad stuff&quot; once in awhile - we just have to be more aware, smarter consumers and realize what is all out there!  thanks for an awesome post!
