I can’t believe I’m halfway though the Life After Bagel’s PIPES Challenge.
When I started the challenge 3 weeks ago, I really wasn’t sure how successful I’d be. I took on the 100 push up plan with the goal of being able to do 100 push ups in 6 weeks. My initial test demonstrated my ability to do 2 push ups. I had a long way to go.
In addition to successfully making it through the first 3 weeks (in the first column) and completing 14 consecutive push ups, I had another realization about the program this week. I’m doing more than I initially gave myself credit for: today I did 56 total push ups. 56! I’m so impressed with how much stronger I feel after just 3 weeks.
