Highlights: Valentine’s Day Desserts


I realize it’s been a little quiet around here this month, but I am totally loving being part of Katy’s 28-Day Blog Challenge.  Much of the work I’m doing isn’t apparent yet, but I promise it will be worth it, at least from the perspective of my mental health.

Meanwhile, we’re just days away from Valentine’s Day–but not so many days that you can’t still put together some awesome treats for your significant other, family, friends and/or coworkers.  Brian’s promised to “spoil” me and I like to think I did decently by him as well (the order came early, so he already received his gift), but I may have to also throw in one of these recipes, because it’s not Valentine’s Day if I don’t cook something special.
