I write the same post every year about a week before Easter. The post is about how my church’s annual Easter morning potluck is approaching and I couldn’t decide what to make. There are no sign ups for this event and it seems that when I bring an egg dish, so does everyone else. The same thing happens if I bring some sort of carbohydrate. As the years have progressed, I’ve become more and more content just to try making something I feel like eating and hope that other people enjoy it as well. This year I’ll be attempting brioche from Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day (affiliate link).
I know I’m not the only person with this problem. Even if you’re not leaving your house for Easter, you may be hoping to cook something special for your husband or kids or maybe you have friends coming over. As much as I love to cook, deciding what to cook continues to be a struggle for me. So this year, I’m going to try to help you out. Below are 6 tried and true Relishments recipes that will serve a crowd and help brighten your breakfast or brunch table – on Easter or any time of year.
