One of my current goals – especially because it’s summer – is to start posting again regularly. For a variety of reasons, it’s such a struggle to find an occasion when it seems appropriate to be writing a post. As a result, this menu plan isn’t for the coming week – it’s for the week that’s about to end.
I almost always write a menu plan for the week. I post it on my refrigerator. I use it to plan my food shopping. I follow it. But between picking up our CSA share on Tuesday afternoon and today, this post just didn’t happen. This happens a lot – I plan to post a menu plan and then by this point in the week, I figure “well, at this point I may just as well wait for the next pick up”. But in an effort to eliminate excuses from my life and get back into the flow of posting, I’m going to start posting menu plans whenever I can make it happen – even if it’s closer to the day of the next pick up than it was the last one.
