Last month we were away for 2 weeks and postponed our missed CSA pick ups for later in the summer. This week, we picked up one of those missed shares in addition to our regular items. I intentionally scheduled the extra pick up for this week because my in laws were in town and (theoretically) we’d eat twice as many vegetables. It didn’t really work out that way, but it was nice to have a full fridge. Many of these vegetables will be appearing in next week’s menu plan as well.
