I’ve said it before: I adore fall, and in the question of pumpkin versus apples, I choose apples. The occasional pumpkin item is nice and all, but apples are better tasting and so flexible. I’ve been purchasing bags of apples from the farmers market for the past few weeks and adding them to our lunches or enjoying them as after school snacks. I know it will only be a matter of time before apples start appearing in my recipes as well. I’ve added some of the posts below to my “to cook” list.
