Poor breakfast. I feel like it’s both my favorite meal of the day and the one I pay the least attention to. I have “good” excuses: mornings are early, and full, and busy. All is not lost, however, because brinner (breakfast for dinner) is an awesome way to fill up one or more slots on the menu plans. I’m a big fan of anything involving eggs, but open to any sort of breakfast food inspiration. Hope these links inspire you as well.
