When people ask why I still eat meat, my love for buffalo wings is one of the answers I sometimes give. I’m only partially kidding. I’ve actually had people who thought I was vegetarian find out they were very wrong once they saw me eat my weight in wings at a work function.
But I don’t reserve my love for spicy buffalo sauce or blue cheese just for hot wings. I’ll take either of those ingredients in any form, any time—with or without chicken. And the inspiration just keeps coming:
