I spent most of yesterday on the couch, doing school work and watching the live stream of the TEDx Manhattan event “Changing the way we eat”. It was a really interesting collection of speakers who mixed information I already knew and believed with new content and updated ways of looking at things. As expected, I feel re-focused and motivated in my quest to eat better and know more about my food and where it’s coming from.
