Recently, I was out to dinner with some of my lady friends from church. We were talking about my blog and what proteins I eat. “Do you eat fish?” someone asked. And then I got to thinking about it. As much as my short answer to explain flexitarianism usually involves explaining that I don’t really purchase meat, I do buy and cook fish on a fairly regular basis. Though I’ve only posted one review of a salmon recipe on Relishments, I love to cook and eat salmon. It may be my favorite fish.
