Recently, I was out to dinner with some of my lady friends from church. We were talking about my blog and what proteins I eat. “Do you eat fish?” someone asked. And then I got to thinking about it. As much as my short answer to explain flexitarianism usually involves explaining that I don’t really purchase meat, I do buy and cook fish on a fairly regular basis. Though I’ve only posted one review of a salmon recipe on Relishments, I love to cook and eat salmon. It may be my favorite fish.
These recipes are on my “to make” list:
Cedar Plank Salmon with Blistered Tomatoes (What’s Gaby Cooking?)
One-Pot Crispy Salmon with Mustardy Lentils (Serious Eats)
Poached Salmon with a Colorful Vegetable Sauce (Chicago Tribune)
Roasted Coconut Kale with Salmon & Sticky Rice (Everybody Loves Sandwiches)
5 Easy Ways to Make Salmon Even More Delicious (The Kitchn)
Salmon in a Sea of Coconut From ‘Marcus Off Duty’ (Serious Eats)
Anyone else have a favorite salmon recipe they’d like to share?
