If I purchase any animal protein besides dairy or eggs, it’s usually seafood. We don’t eat a lot of it, but it makes an appearance on our table at least monthly. I always struggle to come up with original recipes, but seafood is especially difficult. I don’t have that much experience with it and I tend to repeat the same dishes over and over.
Some of my tried and true favorites:
- Manhattan Clam Chowder
- Jambalaya-Style Rice with Shrimp
- Oven Fried Fish Sticks
- Baked Panko Breaded Haddock
- Champagne Shrimp Pizza
