It’s kind of bizarre to be surrounded by news of the current blizzard situation without seeing a single snowflake in the sky. It’s cold out, for sure, but there’s barely any snow on our lawn. It’s a far cry from where things were at in the Berkshires a year ago. All of this is totally fine. I don’t really care for snow and though I wouldn’t complain about an unexpected snow day, I’ll take the clear weather.
Snow or not, it’s still soup season. This weekend seems like the perfect time to publish this winter’s Highlights post featuring soup recipes. Whether it’s just cold where you are or if you’re currently living in an area where they’ve banned driving and you can no longer open your front door, soup is here to help warm you up.
