Generally speaking, I am not a big fan of Valentine’s Day. Do we need a special day to tell our loved ones that we love them? I think not. Nevertheless, I do love any occasion to cook something special. Brian and I usually avoid going out to eat on Valentine’s Day – restaurants are just too busy – but I do take the opportunity to make something fancier than usual. Main dishes are one thing, but we all know that sweets are one of the best parts of Valentine’s Day. In light of that fact, I’ve gathered some links to recipes to make your holiday even more special, no matter who you’re spending it with.
