Getting back on the menu planning train last week was definitely the help I needed. The more I think about decision fatigue, the more actively I want to avoid deciding anything. I’ve felt much less frustrated in the evening and much more interested in making dinner now that there’s a plan.
There’s not much else to report. The weather was beautiful today and getting outside for a walk was just the medicine my body needs as I battle a cold. We’re just 9 school days away from February break, until then I’m just going to keep going.
