The beginning of the school year totally knocked my feet out from under me. I didn’t see it coming and I have spent much of the last six weeks just trying to get myself unburied from all of work I have to do. It hasn’t been a bad start to the school year, just a somewhat overwhelming one. My phone is full of photos of CSA pick ups, but I haven’t had the time or energy or motivation to actually post a menu plan.
But here I am. Writing my 100th (!) CSA Menu Plan and trying to get back to blogging semi-regularly. It would figure that this menu is a bit abbreviated; I’m traveling at the end of this week and won’t be doing any cooking!
