For whatever reason, I’ve taken forever to write and publish this post. As a result, this is the third time I’ve written this introduction and now the old introductions are out of date.
I don’t know why I didn’t just publish this a week ago when it was basically as done as it is now. Most of my to do list has been like that lately – I’m not having a lot of success with finishing things (but I’m very good at starting!). This evening, I’m telling myself that now is as good a time as any to resume heading in the direction I want to go and that tomorrow is also a new day.
Anyway, here’s what we’re eating this week.
