For the record, I did make this May’s Relishments Bakes recipe last month. Pretty early in the month, which turned out to be a good thing considering the way the rest of May went. Not badly, per se, just very busy and full of somewhat unexpected events.
So, as I so wisely anticipated, I only managed to make 1 version of this recipe. I went with a basic Rosemary Focaccia from Gimme Some Oven.

I didn’t expect this recipe to give me much trouble, and it didn’t. I had all the ingredients on hand (I used dried rosemary). It only took a couple hours from start to finish and each step went smoothly.
I used more olive oil than needed in the final drizzle before baking and there was some remaining on top of the loaf when I took it out of the oven. But I blotted it with a paper towel and it turned out fine!
I highly recommend this recipe if you’re looking for a focaccia!

Stay tuned for the next challenge later today!
