As I mentioned in my 2022 theme word post, I’ve been feeling more organized and like myself recently. It’s very exciting to be posting my first menu plan since school started (oops!) and I’m looking forward to making some meals that are more varied and interesting than what we’ve been eating lately. During the week I’m trying to keep it simple, but my plan for weekends is to make one recipe that’s a bit more complex or time intensive.
We’ve been on the winter CSA pick up schedule since early December – pick ups are every other week and our plan gets us 20 items. It looks like a lot, but we’ll manage to go through most of it before the next pick up.
