Sometimes the most difficult part of writing a menu plan post is finding the time to do it. Sometimes it’s making the actual plan. And sometimes the hard part is writing the introduction. Today is two out of three. The 2-week menus I create (because that’s how often our winter CSA pick ups are) are much harder for me to wrap my brain around than single week plans. But I definitely had the time – we’re enjoying a snow day today and I’ve been checking off as many items on my to do list as possible. But I didn’t really know what to put in this space. We’re just plugging along, enjoying a Berkshire winter.
