Welcome to Relishments! I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my corner of the internet.
Most of the content on Relishments fits into 3 main themes:
Food
Relishments is, and always has been, primarily a food blog. I cut my meat eating in half in 2008 and then discovered the term for how I wanted to live my life: flexitarianism. Flexitarianism is a diet that focuses on plant-based eating, but includes meat occasionally. My primarily meat-free meals are inspired by the items we regularly pick up from our CSA in Pownal, Vermont.

The Berkshires
I grew up in New Jersey and Maine, but I’ve called the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts my home since I got married in 2009. I love the area for it’s diversity of people, cultural attractions, natural beauty and great local vendors and restaurants. Over the past few years, I’ve worked to highlight my experiences in the area on this site.

Technology
Whether I’m working on this site or just trying to manage my life, I’m a big fan of technology. I’m forever trying out new tools, checking out sites and attempting to use the power of the internet to it’s full potential. Here on Relishments, I occasionally write about how my blog and my love of technology work together.
