It was just 2 weeks ago that I wrote a post in which I said that I was getting back to menu planning, because it keeps me sane. But then last week went by without a menu plan because I was gone for all of last weekend. So I was doubly reminded of the importance of having a menu plan, and the volume of leftover CSA produce that results from not having a plan to use it. I really need to get back in the habit of making sure menu planning is a serious priority. Besides, if I don’t cook, what will I post?

This week was the last pick up of our summer CSA share. We, of course, signed up for the winter share as well. Pick ups start next week and are every other week through March. My plan, starting next week, is to post 2 week menus every 2 weeks. We’ll see what actually happens :)
