Since about the second week of July I have lovingly (and not-so-lovingly) been referring to this summer as “The Worst Summer Ever”. Except for maybe the first couple weeks after school ended, it wasn’t relaxing and I felt really disrupted by the lack of routine. Granted, a lot of those issues were my own doing and the past couple weeks have been much calmer, but I’m going to do some serious thinking about how I schedule myself next summer. In addition, there were also some not so good things that happened to our community and friends. I’m ready for a new season, a new routine and a clean start.
Still, I managed to pack a lot of good into this summer:

rock climbing at Central Mass Rock Gym
a week in Maine
resuming yoga
watching the Olympics
Enter the Haggis at Glasgow Lands Scottish Festival
picking berries and making blueberry jam
Earning 3 more credits towards my master’s degree
