Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic and dried dill in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish and stir to combine.
Add the fish, filling the dish as evenly as possible. It's fine for the fish to touch and/or overlap if needed. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Gently remove from baking dish and serve.
