I’ve been thinking a lot about breakfast lately. Mostly about the fact that I’d really like to eat it, at home, on a regular basis, before I leave for work every day. A couple weeks ago I even rearranged my morning schedule with the hopes that I’d make a little more time in my morning for making and eating breakfast. But despite the fact that we’ve regularly been leaving the house at the time we find ideal (which didn’t happen with my previous routine), I’m still grabbing cheese sandwiches made by Brian as we walk out the door and then eating them in the car. And certainly I could do worst than a cheese sandwich and I’m glad that I don’t have to worry about driving, but I wish I was doing better. As a result, every post about breakfast food lately has caught my eye.
