Wow, Sunday night already? This weekend was excellent—I went for my first run of the season, saw Iron Man 3, got several projects done around the house and spent some quality time with Brian—but I can’t believe how quickly it went by. Nor can I believe that it’s already the 5th of May—Cinco de Mayo. I’m a pretty big fan of Mexican food, though it often presents itself in my life as bean enchiladas or tacos that I made in my kitchen, and not as going out for overstuffed tortillas and margaritas at the local Mexican restaurant.
