It’s hard for me to think of a food more “Christmas-y” than cookies. I started this holiday season thinking that I’d skip last year’s baking extravaganza in which I made cookies for all our friends and favorite coworkers. The idea of not baking made me a little sad however, so I decided I’d make something for all my wonderful classroom aides. A few weeks ago I got invited to a December 18th cookie swap, which I’m really looking forward to. Today, I got invited to another cookie swap, also next weekend.
I can’t wait. I’ve never been to a cookie swap and I’m so excited for 2 in one weekend!
