Last week was not the best. I knew it was going to be very busy, but life threw several more things into our path this week and it got even busier. And it just seemed like everything was so emotionally extreme – definitely a week of highs and lows. With just 3 weeks left until my due date (!!!!!), I was still holding out hope that October would be the calm before the storm but it doesn’t look like it’s going to turn out that way. Nevertheless, I am focusing on the positive! This week has much less on the calendar – at least at the time of this writing – the weather is great, it’s a three day weekend, I had a really productive day today and we get to meet our baby soon! And I’m excited about this menu.
