Today I finally finished one of my summer projects. Better late than never, right?
The project was to reorganize my recipe binder. It ended up being a significantly more involved project than originally intended, since I decided to simultaneously reduce my magazine collection by cutting all the recipes I wanted to keep out of over a year’s worth of Food Network and Everyday with Rachael Ray magazines.
I separated my vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes and added all the magazine clippings.
When all was said and done, I had 2 binders full of recipes. When I say full, I mean it; I’ll probably end up switching to bigger binders in the next week or so. Perhaps my recipe collecting really is out of control? Here’s hoping I actually use my paper recipes now that they’re organized, instead of just the one’s stored in Evernote.
