Welcome to the newly redesigned Relishments!
I’ve been dying to update the site since late last year and I’m so glad I finally got to do so.
For perspective, this is what things used to look like around here:
Please poke around and check out all the new stuff. The About, Recipes, Recommended Reading and Sites I Love pages have all been updated.
On the right side bar, you can easily subscribe to the RSS feed, or follow Relishments on Facebook, StumbleUpon (which I just started using) and Twitter just by clicking the buttons. And now you can subscribe to Relishments posts via email and get the latest posts sent straight to your inbox!
This is just a picture. Buttons are on the sidebar.
If you’re looking for recent posts or the tag cloud, they’re hiding under the search bar at the top of sidebar. Just click the button and they’ll appear. And yes, I know I have 2 search bars. Now it’s twice as easy to search! :)
Techie details:
Theme: Suffusion
Background texture from GR Sites
New header image designed on Picnik (who says headers can’t be free?) and features my Fiesta dishes
Thanks to Evan, Julie, Cynthia and Heather who all fielded WordPress theme questions from me. Thanks also goes to Nate, Brian, Meredith and my mother-in-law who kept tabs on all the changes, checked my site on different browsers and offered their suggestions. I couldn’t do it without you.
There will be some minor changes going on over the next few days (and for the remainder of the Relishments’ existence). Please share any input or problems you may have with the site. I’ll be back to regular posting soon!
Ack! And look at that beautiful comment button, right at the end of the post! :)
